Tagsurance® 3 Product Demonstration

Watch the videos below to learn the basic setup and functionalities of the Voyantic Tagsurance 3 system.

Tagsurance 3 Key Components

This video provides a comprehensive overview of the Tagsurance 3 system components, which include the controller for data storage and component connectivity, lane controllers, rotary encoders and trigger sensors for precise tag tracking, and coupling elements for tag communication. The system includes options for marking bad tags and machine IO integration for operational control. A graphical user interface accessible via any computer with Ethernet and browser provides visualization and system management capabilities.

How to set up a lane configuration?

The second instructional video guides you through the configuration process of the Tagsurance 3 system. How to log into the system and navigate the main tabs: operator, recipes, and admin, define components and their machine locations, starting with setting up the rotary encoder correctly. Key steps include configuring lane controllers by entering serial numbers, setting up station connectors for devices like Voyantic testers and bag tag markers, and properly configuring the trigger sensor distances for optimal timing.

Getting started with building recipes

This tutorial demonstrates how to create test recipes in Tagsurance software. The video walks through the process of creating a new recipe, which is a combination of tests and actions that can be exported, imported, and reused across different jobs and machines. The demonstration shows setting up stations including an SL UHF tester and bad tag marker, configuring reference tags, and adding various test types like point tests and read tests with specific frequency and power settings. You’ll learn how to save the completed recipe and use in in job configurations.

How to set up a job?

The next video demonstrates how to set up the Tagsurance 3 system for a new production job. The demo walks through the job configuration process, explaining key concepts like jobs, lots, and recipes and covers accessing the job configuration screen, selecting recipes, configuring lot management settings including tag counts and cut marks, and setting up trigger parameters for different materials. The video also touches on action triggers for machine IO control and job labeling options.

Operation during production

This video demonstrates the Tagsurance 3 system in action, showing how to start a job and monitor RFID tag testing in real-time. The demo walks through the user interface, explaining key features including job status monitoring, yield tracking for good and bad tags, speed indicators, and detailed analysis of failed tags. The video covers various operational aspects like trigger sensor information, distance fine-tuning, individual test station results, and data export capabilities.
