Calibration

We recommend an annual calibration of your Voyantic RFID measurement unit to ensure accurate test results.

The calibration of the RFID measurement unit/tester is usually performed by Voyantic experts in Finland or by our local representative (especially in the APAC area). Onsite calibration service is generally also available for a separate fee. Self-calibration is also possible with our calibration kit.

In case your measurement unit needs calibration or maintenance but is not currently enrolled in the Maintenance Program, we would be glad to give you a quote. You can enroll in the maintenance program or just purchase the one-time calibration service. Please contact us at (email:sales@voyantic.com) for further information and let us know your measurement unit’s serial number (on the back panel of the unit), so that we can best serve you.

Maintenance Program

In case your RFID measurement unit is enrolled in our Maintenance Program, we will send you a calibration call before the calibration is due. When necessary and available, we can send you a replacement unit for the duration of the calibration process. You can easily check the last calibration date from the Certificate of Calibration provided to you with your measurement unit.

Having your measurement unit enrolled in the maintenance program lets you concentrate on your core business as we take care of your measurement equipment and train you to use it efficiently!
