Installation Instructions

  1. before you start: if your Tagsurance Controller rack does not have a router, you will need to first request one from Voyantic; this software version and the ones succeeding it will not work properly without the router
  2. Close all Voyantic Software
  3. extract installer on Tagsurance Controller PC
  4. run setup.exe (reboot if requested)
  5. note: if you have Tagsurance HF devices in the system, you may have to update the firmwares of those to the version 2.5.0 (see manual)

Release Notes

  • Tagsurance-HF via DHCP as TSU as well, and router is required, no static IP’s in use at all
    • TS-HF FW version 2.5.0 is required
  • New Tagsurance 3 systems are shipped with routers and existing must be updated where update is wanted by customer
  • Machine IO can be configured via operator UI
    • Stop&go support for AD (new trigger action: “Station event”)
  • Graph mode (similar to TS1 and TS2 GUIs) for following station types
    • Tagsurance SL UHF (TSU-1)
    • Tagsurance UHF 1.0 (TS-UHF-1)
    • Tagsurance HF 1.0 (TS-HF-1)
  • Trigger settings (including pattern trigger) can be configured in operator UI
  • job label (e.g. “order ID”) as user inputtable string (in Operator UI and naturally in REST API) which is included in result file names and returned in results via REST API
  • BETA: Tagsurance-SL-UHF (TSU-1) support
    • test types: point, read (with verify mask), inventory (query+ack), sensitivity, sweep
    • -25…20 dBm TX power
  • BETA: Results csv returned by API and can be saved as a file to disk by operator
