Tagsurance SL UHF 2.0 Release Notes

What is new

• Lower power consumption
• New visual look on the front panel (higher contrast)
• Pass/Fail and Busy/Ready outputs have a different internal pull up (1k15 Ω → 10 kΩ)

Due to changes, the main version number has increased, and the device API of the new hardware is not backwards compatible. Use of this hardware requires Tagsurance 3 version 3.6 or later.

Based on Voyantic lifecycle policy we add new features for 12 months when a non-backward compatible HW version is released. However, this only defines the minimum time and with Tagsurance SL UHF 2.0 release the new feature development for Tagsurance SL UHF 1.0 is planned to continue along version 2.0 and there are no plans to not have these both versions 1.0 and 2.0 in feature parity as long as it is possible.
