Release Notes

Tagsurance 3 now supports external lot control for lot change decisions. Tagsurance 3 assigns results to lots, but the lot change decision can be made outside the Tagsurance 3 system, e.g., by a turret rewinder. When Tagsurance 3 receives the IO signal indicating a lot change, the current lot will be completed, and a new one will be started. Tags that have passed the defined lot change location are assigned to the completed lot. Tags that haven’t reached the location at the signaling moment will be assigned to the following lots.
The trigger signal pulse length for the puncher can now be defined in distance or time. This feature enables the use of nip-roller-type punchers. The time-based trigger pulse length works with the limited window of lane speed, but the distance-based pulse length is independent of the speed, and the puncher is always activated over the same distance.

Improved lane controller reconnection logic so that the system is more robust against connection interruptions like system & device reboots.
The license expiration status is now displayed correctly.
