New Features:
- Tagsurance 3 version 4.x can be integrated into the Mühlbauer DDA narrow web machine via the RS-232 tester interface. Both 1 and 2 tester configurations are supported with three different station types: Tagsurance SL UHF, Tagsurance HF, and IO only station. Tagsurance 3 operator UI shows test results in real time when tags are tested in the testing area. Results are stored in the system as usual and available via the API, just like in any other Tagsurance 3 system.
- Tagsurance SL UHF has an optional Select command in its point test task. When the Select is enabled in the recipe, an EPC Gen2 protocol-compliant Select command is transmitted to each tag before the point test. The Select mask masks the first six bits of the TID memory with the value 0b111000, which corresponds to the beginning of the class identifier in TID, and matches all RAIN RFID ICs. By transmitting the Select signal, the IC’s behaviour under selection can be verified.
