Release Notes

For cut mark support, Tagsurance 3 determines NOT_COUNTED on the final tag result on multi-lane jobs. Previously, until the final information is known, the results could erroneously affect yield calculation. Now, lot management retains “pending” tag information, and skips them all if the final result is NOT_COUNTED.
Fixed an issue where Tagsurance 3 did not send a LOT completion signal when the last tag reached a user-defined observation location, even with empty liner and no new tags. LOT completion now works consistently for both last feedback station and user-defined observation locations.
Fixed a bug where consecutive failure actions trigger would not account for failures on lanes whose machineIO connection were not used for the actions triggered by the consecutive failures
