New Features:

• The UID read task for Tagsurance HF now has an option to verify the read UID. For the verification, the verification mask and expected data are defined as a part of the UID read task configuration. The mask and expected data are given in the format suitable for the selected protocol, either in bytes or words. Verification is performed at the bit level.
• A new action trigger type, called “Lot failure limit”, enables the system to observe and validate in the early phase whether the lot can meet the yield target, and then control the label replacement process to ensure the lot achieves its yield target. The maximum number of failures per lot is calculated based on the target yield, and an action, such as a machine stop, is triggered when the maximum number of failures is exceeded.The observing location can be the label replacement location between the stations, when the first station observes the failures and the second station validates the success of the requested label replacements.
