Stop a tag for the “doctoring” (or “editing”) processes in reel-to-reel machines.Tagsurance 3 gives the machine a stop signal for “tag replacement location” whenever a tag fails in the previous stations or when there are more than the accepted number of consecutive failed tags. The doctoring location can be between any stations, and only the station results before the doctoring location affect the stopping decision.
When Tagsurance 3 stops the machine for label replacement, the operator is expected to replace the bad label with a new one. Tagsurance 3 can have a second test station to verify the quality after the replacement, to enable the lot management to count results for the lot based on results after the replacement, and track TID/EPC information in order to match the lot report 100% for the rolls delivered.

HF/NFC tag performance testing is enabled in Tagsurance 3 version 4.Tagsurance HF tester is supported as a station in the lane configuration and recipe builder. The user can plan and create the test recipes in the browser-based recipe builder and run the NFC tag production with the latest version of Tagsurance 3.

Fixed bug where importing a v1 recipe containing a ‘READ’ task with a verification property failed.
Fixed mismatch in API documentation regarding GET /v1/jobs endpoint.
