Bug Fixes:

• Tagsurance 3 components, such as lane controllers, do not sync time with the Tagsurance 3 server if the server does not have an internet connection. This causes incorrect timestamps in tag results where the year may be 2020.
• Exported job/lot results CSV is missing columns. This happened in specific error cases regarding testing of the last tag in a job / lot.
