Bug Fixes:

• When multiple markers on the same lane are configured for cut mark, only the one with the lowest distance from trigger will be used.
• Tag errors are delayed when a slow test is triggered too fast
• An offline system shows an unnecessary “Something went wrong” toast on the admin releases page due to the system not being able to fetch the downloadable releases.
