Release Notes

  • action triggers based on yield
    • possible to add more than one of these with different parameters, e.g. the ones below could all be in use at the same time to either control the same pin OR different pins. Types of rules available are:
      • yield of current batch / job per lane or across lanes, e.g. batch yield < 99.21 %
      • yield of a “window”, e.g.
        • last 400 tags < 99.1 %
        • X consecutive failed tags; if yield of last 5 tags < 20 % (this is a workaround for “if X consecutive failed tags”, use it as follows: X is consecutive fails and yield percentage is 1/X * 100)
    • currently actions are available to control only machine IO; there is no visual information in operator UI when a trigger is hit, just the IO (this will be improved in future releases)
  • Lane Configurator is now part of operator UI
    • machine IO and locations settings are moved to Lane Configurator
    • old still included in release and can be used (old will be dropped from the next release)
  • Router port 1 can be changed from DHCP to user defined static IP address (router port 2 with static address and DHCP for connecing party is still in use and usually the easiest way to point-to-point connect by just connecting a computer directly to port 2 and pointing a browser to https:/10.10.30.10
  • Test time estimates in Recipe Builder are more accurate for Tagsurance SL UHF (had 2 ms extra per task list)
  • user manual is available in operator UI
  • Recipe Builder and Lane Configurator installer download are available in operator UI
  • product version is visible in operator UI

Known Issues:

  • “no lane controller” mode cannot be used at all (only work-around is job started via REST API by-passing operator UI; issue is operator UI adding the lane controller trigger settings to job payload)
  • Tagsurance SL UHF: pulsed pass/fail signal is unsably long (800 ms)
  • Operator UI: failed tags listing is badly formatted
